The B.Ed School Induction Program serves as the gateway to a transformative educational journey, welcoming aspiring educators into the world of teaching. My five days experience at Victory Girls Higher Secondary School, Nemom had not only equipped me with essential teaching skills, but also instilled in me a deep passion for education. I left the program with a strong sense of purpose, ready to embrace the challenges and joys of shaping young minds. The induction program had not just marked the beginning of my B.Ed journey; it had ignited a lifelong commitment to the noble profession of teaching.
